Our philosophy is to present ideas in display form. Our walls are filled with beautiful window treatments and you will see vignettes showing room settings. We show throws, bedding, table runners and settings that can be converted into fabrics of your choice. All is accessorized with items you can buy.

We offer in-home design services and classes. We can professionally create and produce window treatments, bedding, pillows, and reupholster chairs or sofas.

Triad Plus was established as a corporation in 1991. We are located in Roseville at 8801 Washington Blvd #107, Roseville, CA. We have been at our current location for 5 years. As of 2006, we have grown to additional 7,000 square feet to expand our assortment of fabrics, add home accessories and in home design services to make us more of a complete store for the customer, and a one-stop shopping experience.

The principals of the company are Domenic La Fazia and Gina Damoulos. Our General Manager is Peter De Carlo.

We started out purely as a wholesale jobbing company. We purchased off price, closeout, or discontinued fabrics to resell. After receiving several requests from customers and some designers who would stumble into our warehouse asking to purchase for retail, we decided, maybe, we would give it a try. We moved from our old location of two 4,500 square foot warehouse spaces to one building. Our main thrust was always wholesale until the last year and a half. After opening the front of the building to the general public, we have seen a huge opportunity on the retail side of the business. It has done nothing but grow. We have expanded our selection from primarily promotional fabrics to a complete selection of fashion fabrics from the best fabric manufacturers in our industry.
